White River Heritage Museum
Dedicated to the history of the town, from Winnie the Pooh, CPR rail road or Domtar, the heritage museum is the place to check out if your looking for something to do. Open Wk Days from 9am - 7pm and on Wk ends from 10am - 4pm. Stop in and learn a few interesting things you might have not know about the true wonders of the North.

Annual Winnie's Home Town Festival
Held in White River the original town of Winnie the Pooh. This festival commemorates all that Winnie has done for young children every where and his journey. People come from all over the world for this 4 day festival that includes lots of activities for young and old. Festival usually takes place in mid to late August every year.

Winnie The Pooh Statue
This 25 foot statue, over looking Hwy pays tribute to one of the most iconic children's figure in history. This statue portrays Pooh up in a tree, eating out of a honey jar. This statue is a site to see and will most likely catch your eye as a perfect photo opp for the family.

White Lake Provincial Park
Split into two campground sites. White Lake park offers 187 camping sites, 60 of which have electricity. Facilities on site as well as a boat launch and great fishing. Open seasonally so please call to find out operational times.

Craig's Pit Provincial Park
Carved by the glaciers, thousands of years ago. This now nature reserve allows you a chance to travel back in time and explore the wonders of the changing earth. Located just South East of Marathon this park does not offer public facilities, but is a must on anyones trip to the North.
